You can actually do this today, so long as you're using the prefork server; just repeat the interface address, appending ":465" (or any other port) to the address. Note that this is orthogonal to enabling SSL on that port; you'll still need to do so separately, e.g. by enabling the tls plugin if you use that feature. I've added a note to the interface configuration screen explaining this option, which will be uploaded with 0.83-1.
