Package: midori
Version: 0.2.0-1
Severity: normal

When called with a local URI, like:
$ midori /usr/share/doc/debian-reference-common/html/index.html
midori will add a file:///home/$USER (instead of just file://) to ther
specified URI.
Note that this occurs only if midori is not yet running. Otherwise, a
new tab is opened with file://{local_uri}.

I actually discovered this after having set midori as my alternative to
x-www-browser and then trying to launch debian-reference.
