Package: miredo Version: 1.2.1-1 Severity: normal Hi,
After bootin my system, I have no teredo interface. Miredo seems to start normally, but doesn't: Sat Dec 12 21:00:49 2009: Starting periodic command scheduler: cron. Sat Dec 12 21:00:49 2009: Starting system message bus: dbus. Sat Dec 12 21:00:50 2009: Starting Teredo IPv6 tunneling daemon: miredo. Sat Dec 12 21:00:50 2009: Starting NTP server: ntpd. Sat Dec 12 21:00:50 2009: Starting mail-transfer-agent: nullmailer. Sat Dec 12 21:00:50 2009: Starting OpenBSD Secure Shell server: sshd. Sat Dec 12 21:00:51 2009: Starting VirtualBox kernel module:done.. Sat Dec 12 21:00:51 2009: Starting Avahi mDNS/DNS-SD Daemon: avahi-daemon. Sat Dec 12 21:00:51 2009: Starting bluetooth: bluetoothd. Sat Dec 12 21:00:51 2009: Starting Hardware abstraction layer: hald. Sat Dec 12 21:00:52 2009: Starting Common Unix Printing System: cupsd. Sat Dec 12 21:00:53 2009: Starting network connection manager: NetworkManager. As you can see, I use NetworkManager (my /etc/network/interface is hence empty except for the local interface). I have tried changing the start order so that miredo starts after NM, but it doesn't solve the issue. Calling 'invoke-rc.d miredo start' manually once logged in finally makes the teredo interface appear. As I haven't had this problem with previous versions of the package, I think this could be linked to the /etc/network/if-up.d/miredo script (I have not idea if NM honours it or not).
