Upgrading a functional Lenny bacula-common-mysql package, when trying to 
re-start the bacula-director gives
the following error:

bacula-dir JobId 0: Fatal error: Version error for database "bacula". Wanted 
11, got 10

The bacula release notes on the web page says:

This release of Bacula uses a new catalog format. We provide a set of
scripts that permit to convert a 2.4.x (version 10) catalog to 3.0.0 (version
11).

It seems that the script provided by upstream is called: ./update_bacula_tables
