The fact it segfaults would seem to me to be a bug in sudo or the PAM libraries. Maybe something not checking for an error return code somewhere, and trying to use the library that didn't load. In any case, might be best to file a seperate bug report against sudo or pam libraries on this. The root cause of the problem though seems to be related to versioned library symbols in /usr/lib/libkrb5.so.25 - it appears upstream changed the symbol version name. I sent a message to debian-devel to ask for advice (see BTS).
