Thanks a lot! :) I can confirm that, after applying (a manually adjusted version of) the above-mentioned patch (as well as 17e6ed1f527d, in order to make the package build), I no longer experience this bug. This means that this bug is in package audacious-plugins and is actually fixed in the upstream repository.
