Well, it's not even a spelling mistake or a shortcoming. The text is valid - only it could have been a tiny bit shorter. I don't see what value that adds at all. Let's remember that Lintian is a policy checker. Too many, too detailed tests will reduce its usefulness and yielding spurious warnings erodes the value of a warning.
