If I specify a connect host in the config,
| nag...@127.0.0.1;example.org password
sendxmpp alters the sent username for the authentication in a way at
least ejabberd does not like.
Plain authentication without connect host:
nag...@example.org\0nagios\0password
Plain authentication with connect host:
nag...@127.0.0.1@example.org\0nag...@127.0.0.1\0password
