If I try to use time zones Loran-C, GPS or TAI, time in them is exactly the same as UTC. In reality GPS is now ahead of UTC by 15 seconds, Loran-C is now ahead of UTC by 24 seconds and TAI is currently ahead of UTC by 34 seconds.
