As already requested in #558314, I would like to see the following defines in timex.h: #define MOD_NANO ADJ_NANO #define MOD_MICRO ADJ_MICRO I don't want anything for TAI support yet, so don't define NTP_API of MOD_TAI yet, they're not useful without the other changes. But we now need to patch ntpd because STA_NANO is defined but MOD_NANO isn't, and for some reason there is a ADJ_NANO that does what MOD_NANO is supposed to do.
