This makes mail-notification-evolution uninstallable in unstable, and is
one of the things stopping Evolution from migrating to testing. According
to the bug submitter, a binary NMU on all architectures
(perhaps with dep-wait on libcamel1.2-dev >= 2.28.1) would be sufficient to
fix this?
