Well, under mentioned circumstances it is obviously my fault, because I am using tools in a not intended way. Of course, it would be nice to have a possibility of download this or that package and recompile it without cluttering the filesystem with normaly unneeded development packages. I think you can just close the bug. Or, if you are able to fulfill my wish - toggle it to wishlist.
