Package: php5-mysql Version: 5.2.6.dfsg.1-1+lenny4 Severity: normal After I install php5-mysql, Apache server uses about 80mb memory. MySQL Server uses about 100mb memory and the php5-mysql uses another 100mb of memory in Apache2 server. When I remove the php5-mysql package and restart my system, Apache2 server use just 18mb memory. I have configured MySQL Server to use less memory (30mb) (optimizing /etc/mysql/my.cnf) and reboot my system, but php5-mysql loads 100mb of memory on Apache server in this situtaion too. I have checked it on 3 another systems and the same result occurs. I have tested it on ubuntu and the same problem occurs. I have tested it on Lighttpd server and the same result occurs. I am using the latest version on Apache2 : apache2 (2.2.9-10+lenny6)
