Hmm. Pity you did not comment when I posted the proposed tasks to the 
d-l10n-dutch list on June 12 :-P

No, but there will also not be very many user who will actually use the 
txt files. And as the English text files are already installed by 
default, I'd rather not bloat the system.
It's available; people can install it manually.
(Now, if the task could remove the English version...)

That's why _that_ package is not included.

/me wishes not everybody would require their own framework
KDE at least is nice about it: it offers you a _choice_ what you want to 
use: ispell, aspell, hspell (whatever that is).
