Hi, I did not have time to check this bug this time by updating documentation. New 1.17 is uploaded. MSG #56 has nice patch but it requires people to use fallback instead of all_ALL. I know you do not like all_ALL. But its behavior needs to be kept to have least supprize to others. People my have used in their system. Think about people running command as: $ sudo im-switch -z all_ALL -c I think people will be annoyed at best. If people did this before your change, your change preserves old behavior? Complication? You may be correct but I am not ready to risk just for cosmetic change. I think it is much more worthwhile to come up with much cleaner totally different glue script layer which can address ibus too. Then, we can change wording and design too. (Then im-switch will be obsoleted). If proposed solution is documentation update, I will accept it. If proposed solution is new glue layer, make new package and let all IM to adopt it. For such big change, people are less repulsive.
