Package: r-base Version: 2.9.2-3 Severity: normal
I've modified for my own purposes the debian/rules build-arch* targets, and, unsurprisingly, it stopped building. This is fine as far as the bug is concerned. However, running debian/rules with target clean leaves me with a missing file: src/library/stats4/R/mle.R.rej I believe that when making a debian/rules clean, the package should be reverted to its initial state, no matter when this happens during the build process. Hence my bug report. -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (900, 'testing'), (700, 'stable'), (500, 'stable'), (90, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.30-1-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=fr_CH.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=fr_CH.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages r-base depends on: ii r-base-core 2.10.0-1 GNU R core of statistical computat ii r-recommended 2.9.2-3 GNU R collection of recommended pa Versions of packages r-base recommends: ii r-base-core [r-base-latex] 2.10.0-1 GNU R core of statistical computat pn r-base-html <none> (no description available) Versions of packages r-base suggests: ii ess 5.5-1 Emacs mode for statistical program ii r-doc-html 2.10.0-1 GNU R html manuals for statistical ii r-doc-info 2.10.0-1 GNU R info manuals statistical com ii r-doc-pdf 2.9.2-3 GNU R pdf manuals for statistical -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
