The difference between 4.1.1+X4.3.0-32 and 4.1.1+X4.3.0-31 is only that IPv6 support is added and that build dependencies are slightly different. I can not see that there are any functional difference between those two versions that explain this. I think your problem is that you have a screensaver that do not work well with vnc. It can be a time sync problem or simply that vnc do not trigger input events. I can not really tell for sure. It could also be related to the nvidia drivers, but I can not tell that for sure. Or KDE...
