Package for 0.9 is ready and will be uploaded in a couple of days. New versions of tortoisehg require python-iniparse for editing configuration, which is still sitting in the NEW queue [1]. This is the reason I was waiting before uploading a new version of tortoisehg. But now mercurial broke compatibility with 0.8, so we can no longer wait.
