Hi Martin, quite some time ago you submitted bug #499276 against the apt-listbugs package. Another user (Steve Petruzzello) recently followed up on this bug report, since he was experienced network problems with apt-listbugs: http://bugs.debian.org/499276
His problems were not the same as the ones reported by you (timeouts rather than connection resets), but anyway he was able to fix his situation by upgrading libhttp-access2-ruby1.8 and libruby1.8 to the current testing versions. Do you still experience network problems with apt-listbugs? Have you recently tested apt-listbugs/0.1.1 with libhttp-access2-ruby1.8/2.1.5.2-1 and libruby1.8/1.8.7.174-2 ? Please let me know.
