Package: asciidoc Version: 8.5.1-1 Severity: wishlist The default action of a2x is to call xmllint to validate the generated xml file. xmllint is found in Debian package libxml2-utils, which is however not in any of the asciidoc dependencies, causing a2x to fail in minimal installations (like buildds) if -L switch is not used.
While not helping with autobuilders, libxml2-utils should be added to Recommends so that a2x at least has the correct dependencies for most human users.
