I have personally never used inetd as a starting point
for VNC sessions. The README file as been provided by
other people. I'm personally not very comfortable with
this way as I see that resuming sessions is VERY
unreliable (if at all possible). If you want resuming to
work properly you have to start vnc servers from some
other mechanism instead of the connect to port thing.
