Hi, as the maintainer of etoolbox I request its removal from unstable. There is just one package that depended on it which got updated today. The newly uploaded texlive 2009-1 (experimental) provides etoolbox functionality. Since etoolbox was never part of a stable releases, we decided to just silently drop it. Thanks!
