 Sorry for lack of information, I used virtualbox-ose-source (3.0.10-dfsg-1).
 And now, it seems not depend to kbuild...

Package: virtualbox-ose-source
Priority: extra
Section: kernel
Installed-Size: 3156
Maintainer: Debian Virtualbox Team
<pkg-virtualbox-de...@lists.alioth.debian.org>
Architecture: all
Source: virtualbox-ose
Version: 3.0.10-dfsg-2
Depends: make | build-essential | dpkg-dev
Recommends: dkms
Suggests: debhelper (>= 5), bzip2, kbuild, module-assistant

 But it is in Suggests.
