Oh, someone actually needs that script? I don't feel comfortable just installing it into /usr/bin, though, that might cause a couple of Debian policy violations (Policy 10.4 says scripts in /usr/bin cannot have an extension like .pl, and the FHS also suggest that binaries not intended to be executed directly by the user should be in /usr/lib or something, not /usr/bin).
