Package: bsdmainutils Version: 8.0.1 Severity: normal When cal or ncal is invoked with -y or with explicit specification of a year and/or a month (but not with -3), even without -h, today is not highlighted. (Today was highlighted by 'ncal -y' before bsdmainutils 8.0.1.)
While trying out different ways to replicate this bug, I also noticed that 'ncal -3' uses traditional layout, instead of alternative. (In bsdmainutils 6.1.10, ncal rejected -3 option.) This may or may not be caused by the same bug, feel free to split it out if it turns out unrelated. -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (990, 'unstable'), (70, 'testing'), (50, 'stable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.30-2-686 (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=be_BY.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=be_BY.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages bsdmainutils depends on: ii bsdutils 1:2.16.1-4 Basic utilities from 4.4BSD-Lite ii debianutils 3.2.1 Miscellaneous utilities specific t ii libc6 2.10.1-5 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libncurses5 5.7+20090803-2 shared libraries for terminal hand bsdmainutils recommends no packages.
