Package: pdns-server Version: 2.9.22-3 Severity: important
When upgrading powerdns I need to press ctrl-C to finish the upgrade. I can reproduce the same issue by running: /var/lib/dpkg/info/pdns-server.postinst triggered I can work around this by adding "db_stop" to the triggered case in the postinst file. (Currently db_stop only gets run in the configure case.) Maybe the db_stop should be moved below the switch/case to always run? -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (300, 'unstable'), (100, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.30-2-amd64 (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=sv_SE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages pdns-server depends on: ii adduser 3.111 add and remove users and groups ii debconf [debconf-2.0] 1.5.28 Debian configuration management sy ii libc6 2.10.1-6 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libgcc1 1:4.4.2-2 GCC support library ii libstdc++6 4.4.2-2 The GNU Standard C++ Library v3 ii ucf 3.0024 Update Configuration File: preserv ii zlib1g 1:1.2.3.3.dfsg-15 compression library - runtime Versions of packages pdns-server recommends: ii pdns-doc 2.9.22-3 PowerDNS manual Versions of packages pdns-server suggests: pn pdns-backend <none> (no description available) pn pdns-recursor <none> (no description available) -- debconf information: * pdns-server/autostart: true * pdns-server/localaddress: 0.0.0.0 * pdns-server/allowrecursion: 127.0.0.1 -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
