I've tested icewm-1.3 branch and all seems OK. I think we need to extend this algorithm to rescale non-square icons. 'amule', for example, provide rectangular icon 32x42. Present version of icewm doesn't show this icon as it rescales only the square icons. However, previous versions of IceWM (1.2.28, for example) did this, AFAIR.
