Package: tpctl
Version: 4.17-1
Severity: normal

With kernel 2.6.13-rc3 I get these errors when I start /etc/init.d/tpctl :

kernel: hda: dma_timer_expiry: dma status == 0x21
kernel: hda: DMA timeout error
kernel: hda: dma timeout error: status=0x58 { DriveReady SeekComplete
                                              DataRequest }

Once the errors start, I have to reboot with ctrl-alt-delete (it
always shuts down cleanly).

I had no problem with 2.6.11.4 (using thinkpad-source 5.8-3 for the
modules).
