Sorry, I forgot to precise that I was using DocBook V5.0 and not V4.5
(so <link>, not <ulink>). Here attached is an example, that can be
compiled with
<http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/xsl-ns/current/xhtml-1_1/docbook.xsl>.
