It's a known problem, and sadly, this is not as simple as that. nut-cgi can be installed without nut as it can run on a different box than the one running the data acquisition... And for the moment, I've no clue on how to be sure we can finally delete the nut user (ie is there still nut or nut-cgi ; what to do if we're removing both...).
