Oh, really? I made it with only Debian and checked it with msgfmt command before sending. henr...@babytalk:~/working/po-debconf/openoffice.org$ msgfmt --statistics ja.po -o /dev/null 3 translated messages. It seems that it is okay, so I wonder why wrong lineends was in. I want to send file in proper file format anyway, please let me know the ways to check that if you know.
