I am sorry, but the way you fixed this bug is not really the way I expected.
My code was using this header, and I am sure some other too. This library
allows a proper reading of mp4 files and is an important feature of faad.
Removing a package instead of properly fixing a bug does not seem very serious,
I am sorry.
I am ok to help you fixing this.
