Package: libcpuset1
Version: 1.0-1
Severity: important

I've got a full writeup in the libtorque issue tracker at:

  http://dank.qemfd.net/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=14

Essentially, if one mounts the cpuset/cgroup filesystem at /dev/cpuset,
but doesn't then create a cpuset explicitly, any cpuset_() function will
engage in undefined behavior (usually manifesting for me as a core).
Creating and entering a cpuset resolves the issue.
