Package: libcpuset1 Version: 1.0-1 Severity: important
I've got a full writeup in the libtorque issue tracker at: http://dank.qemfd.net/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=14 Essentially, if one mounts the cpuset/cgroup filesystem at /dev/cpuset, but doesn't then create a cpuset explicitly, any cpuset_() function will engage in undefined behavior (usually manifesting for me as a core). Creating and entering a cpuset resolves the issue. -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (990, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.31.5 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages libcpuset1 depends on: ii libbitmask1 2.0-1 supports multi-word bitmask operat ii libc6 2.10.1-3 GNU C Library: Shared libraries libcpuset1 recommends no packages. libcpuset1 suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
