You forgot to mention for which program, it is for top.  The you've
picked up something, but the problem is more widespread.  The manual
page says that CODE and DATA are supposed to be the physical memory,
which means RES should be CODE+DATA.

top has some wonderful ways of moving columns around, so I get the
output below, but the numbers don't make much sense.
