Package: libesd0 Version: 0.2.41-5 libesd0 needs /dev/dsp to work, and that device is provided by the oss-compat package, so libesd0 should require oss-compat.
Example: madplay requires libesd0 (>= 0.2.35) | libesd-alsa0 (>= 0.2.35) but if libesd0 is installed (and oss-compat isn't) it dies saying: audio: /dev/dsp: No such file or directory -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
