Bug#552362: Removal of xfce4-icon-theme

Since the removal of xfce4-icon-theme an install of xfce4 from  
squeeze/testing results in all the toolbar and menu buttons being blank!

They all get set to n0-icon and are invisible utill the mouse is moved  
over them.

Either something needs fixing in xfce4 or this package needs replacing.
