Package: carmetal Version: 2.8.9.dakbug-1 Severity: important Justification: fails to build from source
The carmetal source will not build on Debian. The class eric.JMacOShandler depends on the com.apple package. Removing the JMacOShandler class and modifying the class Zirkel fixes the problem, and the package can be built. -- System Information: Debian Release: 5.0.3 APT prefers stable APT policy: (700, 'stable'), (500, 'proposed-updates') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.26-2-686 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages carmetal depends on: ii openjdk-6-jre [java6-run 6b11-9.1+lenny2 OpenJDK Java runtime, using Hotspo ii sun-java6-jre [java6-run 6-12-1 Sun Java(TM) Runtime Environment ( carmetal recommends no packages. carmetal suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
