You might want to specify which of
LC_CTYPE
LC_COLLATE
LC_MONETARY
LC_NUMERIC
LC_TIME
LC_MESSAGES
LC_PAPER
LC_NAME
LC_ADDRESS
LC_TELEPHONE
LC_MEASUREMENT
should be a copy of en_GB and which should be a copy of whichever
_CH locale is relevant.
