When the parser encounters something like this:

@media all {
  p {
    display:none;
  }
}

it bails with the message:

Invalid or unexpected property '    p {      display:none' in style '@media 
all' at /usr/share/perl5/CSS.pm line 76

This sort of thing basically renders the module unusable for arbitrary
CSS found on the internet.
