Package: dnsmasq
Version: 2.45-1+lenny1
Severity: wishlist

I recently installed 'virt-manager' and 'libvirt-bin' which brought
dnsmasq onto my system. Currently dnsmasq starts after installation
and binds to all interfaces by default. The libvirtd later then tries
to start/stop its own dnsmasq instances which fails due to the already
running instance occupying all interfaces. I had to manually disable
dnsmasq in /etc/default/dnsmasq to get libvirtd working.

Typing 'aptitude install virt-manager' should install a working libvirtd
which can be achieved by simply not starting dnsmasq by default or by
making it bind to localhost by default instead of to all interfaces.
