severity 522756 serious thanks When this happens to me, it causes Xorg to start chewing 100% of my CPU as it spews out the following message:
(WW) Open ACPI failed (/var/run/acpid.socket) (Connection refused) This makes the laptop unresponsive. I therefore think this bug makes the package unsuitable for release. But of course feel free to downgrade it again if you disagree. :) Alternatively, you could argue that the cpu churn is Xorg's problem, so if you want I will file a bug against xserver-xorg-core instead. -- Sam Morris <s...@robots.org.uk> -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
