It's actually the underlying helper package doing this. > Or the installer script should give directions for the user to install > the database himself. Yes, I thought I had something there but I don't. The database dump is found at /usr/share/jffnms/sql/ If you know how to create a database, a user and import a database dump then you are on your way. Also check http://www.jffnms.org/jffnms/INSTALL > dpkg -s jffnms doesn't even report that the installation went wrong ! > it says : "Status: install ok installed" Hmm, another problem with www-common. That lot of info should get you going, I'll work on the package to sort out the other problems. - Craig -- Craig Small GnuPG:1C1B D893 1418 2AF4 45EE 95CB C76C E5AC 12CA DFA5 Eye-Net Consulting http://www.enc.com.au/ MIEE Debian developer csmall at : enc.com.au ieee.org debian.org
