It seems that the problem exists only when apache2 and the KDC are located on the same host.
I tried to install the module on a nearby computer with Ubuntu and everything worked well. Also, I tried to install into Ubuntu module from Debian (directly from my Debian's /var/сache/apt/archives) and it also works well.
