Another example of a service that requires the name resolver is the
mounting of remote filesystems, e.g. mounting a filesystem from a
remote NFS host name.

The current init script has:

    # Required-Start: $remote_fs

yet this is impossible if the mounting of remote filesystems requires
name resolution.
