The situation is, that the Depends line says: dpkg (>= 1.15.4) | install-info Even if the dpkg version in Squeeze is not >=1.15.4, install-info exists there. This is IMO neither a gnupg bug nor anything we can solve in gnupg. Reassigning it to debootstrap is probably the best option. @Hector: The same goes for util-linux.
