trying to read a DVD written by a Loewe disk recorder, I get this error message, and reading past some point (1:43 in this case), it seems to be stuck (with no CPU load). It is not related to reading from the drive, as I can copy the DVD files first to the hard drive. The error occurs both with mplayer and thoggen. *** libdvdread: CHECK_VALUE failed in /build/buildd-libdvdread_4.1.3-7-amd64-skAV03/libdvdread-4.1.3/src/nav_read.c:263 *** *** for dsi->dsi_gi.zero1 == 0 *** Unfortunately, I have no idea how to fix it. Are there DVD ripping tools that do not use libdvdread that I can try with?
