In Ubuntu, we've applied the attached patch to achieve the following:
* t1asm.c: rename getline() function to avoid name conflict with the
one defined in stdio.h, fixes FTBFS (LP: #453828).
We thought you might be interested in doing the same.
The build fails with the following error:
