It's a gecko feature, but it is also a regression in epiphany.  It did
always use to work.  (If you like, there are two things here then.
First, plugins should work at all--that's the important bug.  And
second, there is a normal priority bug, that about:plugins doesn't work,
and there is no other way to get the same information.)

Perhaps the switch to Webkit is foolish, but that's a different order of
problem. :)
