This bug has nothing to do with scribus. What does dpkg -S /usr/share/mime/packages/winff.xml return on your system? (I can't find this file in any official Debian package) "Processing triggers for shared-mime-info" shows that the error is displayed by the trigger processing done by the package shared-mime-info. The libxml warning is harmless. The only real problem is the malformed /usr/share/mime/packages/winff.xml file but since it doesn't seem to be part of an official debian package, there's not much to be done either. This bug should be closed or reassigned to the package returned by the dpkg -S query.
