Package: meld Version: 1.1.5.1-2 Severity: normal
Is there a reason that the shebang line for /usr/bin/meld uses /bin/env python, rather than /usr/bin/python? Using /bin/env causes the program to fail if the user has another version of python somewhere earlier on their path, if that version of python doesn't happen to have pygtk built. Since you're already depending on a local python being installed, presumably it should simply use /usr/bin/python?
